I was referred to them through Lowe's and Whirlpool appliance service. When I called directly to clarify the appointment Jerrod went over what was wrong, pulled up info about my model, and listened when I told him what I'd tried. He gave me advice of something to try that was not in the user manual and it worked! He could have come out and charged me for a service call but he didn't. Obviously an honorable man. If I need appliance service, I will call Tenbusch. Highly recommended.
